These Terms of Service apply to enquiries, bookings and mobile facial spa or beauty care appointments provided by Kings Balms Ltd. By requesting an appointment, the client agrees that the service scope, location, timing and fee must be confirmed before the visit is accepted.
Service nature
Kings Balms Ltd provides non-medical mobile facial spa, skincare care, hydration facial, relaxation facial, deep cleansing facial and general beauty care services. Appointments are arranged individually and may vary depending on treatment scope and location.
No medical service
Our services are not dermatology, regulated healthcare, cosmetic surgery, injections, diagnosis, prescription skincare or treatment of medical skin conditions. We do not guarantee clinical, medical or permanent results.
Bookings and confirmation
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking until the service scope, appointment location, timing, price range and practical requirements have been reviewed and accepted. We may decline or reschedule a request if the location is unsuitable, the requested service is outside our scope, preparation time is insufficient, or the client’s needs require medical or specialist advice.
Fees and fee ranges
Published treatment ranges are guide ranges. The final fee depends on the selected treatment, appointment length, travel requirement, preparation time, products used, client location and level of support requested. The client should receive the confirmed scope before the booking proceeds.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, location and appointment information.
- Tell us about relevant comfort concerns, allergies or sensitivities before the appointment.
- Ensure the appointment location is safe, private, accessible and suitable for mobile facial care.
- Do not request medical, dermatology, injectable, surgical or prescription services.
- Follow reasonable hygiene and aftercare guidance provided during the appointment.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellation and rescheduling depend on the agreed notice period, travel already committed, preparation already completed and the appointment scope. If a service has already been prepared or a beautician has travelled, cancellation charges may apply. Refund eligibility is reviewed according to the circumstances and any service already delivered.
Service limitations
Results vary between clients because skin condition, lifestyle, sensitivity, routine and treatment suitability differ. We provide professional beauty care and practical aftercare guidance, but we cannot promise specific skin changes, medical outcomes or permanent results.
